Like never before we need churches and people who are equipped to serve God and to be on mission in their communities.
Rev Cid Latty served in pastoral ministry for over 15 years with the Baptist Union of Great Britain before working for Canadian Baptist of Ontario and Quebec as the Congregational Development Associate.
He co-founded the Cafechurch Network, helping to start more than one hundred café churches in commercial coffee stores all over the UK.
Today he loves encouraging churches to reimagine what a ‘fresh expression of church’ can be. He is also passionate about church revitalization and his catchphrase is: ‘I don’t want any churches to close.’
He is married to Alison and they live in Ontario.
Alison Latty is co-founder of the cafechurch network and an accomplished Executive Assistant, currently working for The Salvation Army.
Following training with Streams Ministries UK, Alison is experienced in interpreting dreams from a biblical perspective and helping people to understand God’s messages to us as we sleep. “God always speaks to us in such a loving, affirming way – right to our hearts. We miss so much if we miss this,” says Alison.
Married to Cid, she loves living in Ontario and regularly visiting family in the UK.
